Saturday night practice

My neighbor had a loud party when what I wanted was quiet. So the practice is: remember that he and all his guests are part of the family too. I wish them peace and ease.

Knowing that I’m not above looking for reasons to be irritated, I also keep my own window closed until the noise dies down. I do grumble to my wife, but only once.
